Ash is a qualified personal trainer and group fitness instructor who has a love of all things nutrition, fitness, sleep, recovery, mindset and habits. She has a passion for knowledge and self development and then sharing this information with those close to her, and would love to share her journey with you as well.

Ash's personal favourite style of training is functional fitness and believes that it is a great style of training for most ages and abilities as it prepares our bodies for movements we do on a daily basis, like squatting, reaching and pressing. Ash is also a big believer is strength training and has a passion teaching women of all ages how to lift weights and get strong.

With several years working with a range of different clients within the fitness industry, Ash has a wealth of knowledge and experience that will be sure to accelerate you towards your desired outcomes. 

Ash offers a safe space and inclusive environment for all races, religions, disabilities, ages and sexual orientations. All are welcome and encouraged to train with Ash.
